CONFRONTING

Get to them before they get to you!
Leaders must learn to confront situations before they have to.
Many don't confront until it's desperate.
They wait till they have no choice.
When we're angry enough we'll confront anything.
However, anger clouds our minds and destroys relationships.
Deal with it today with a calm spirit, not tomorrow with frustration.
