Equation
One plus one equals two.
Do a kindness to someone and they will be endeared to you.
Be unkind and they will be estranged from you no matter how polite they are.
Do things by the numbers.
Be methodical.
Be systematic.
Don't be overwhelmed by the problem.
Do each step of a methodical, systematic solution.
Do this and then that.
See this person, then that one.
Even though each step may not seem to achieve much.
All the steps will ultimately add up to a positive solution.
'And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.' - Luke6:31

Punctuality
If you're always early you're never late!
Time is more valuable than money.
People pay money to save time.
When we're late we steal time from others and ourselves.
Tardiness is the tap-root of a host of character faults.
My lateness says 'I don't care about you;
I'm more important than you;
you can wait for me;
I'm disorganised;
I'm undisciplined.'
It's not so much about time management but about managing ourselves.
Love others. Be on time. Even early!
From now on.

Lovely Saturday!
Its has been a rather long week without much work or should i say is a relatively short week scheduled with lots of fun. Chinese New Year creeped by with many of us smiling from ear to ear having to count our income through the many and maybe yet boring visitations. The thought of having to entertain the annual million dollar question reduced the visitations to a much dreaded state. The questions are getting tougher each year leaving me with just shovering my hands at them and laughing my chances to fulfill a full model answer.
Of course there will be something for me to look forward to. The gathering of the Saints! I met up with Oli and Jeanie on Monday night. The meet up with the two beloved bible schools frens i guesed has to be plan weeks ahead considering we are too focus with what we are busy with. The dinner at MOs Burger seemd a quick one but we as sat down and chatted, we walked down the memory lanes of our bible school days. It was really wonderful catching up with them. They never failed to inspire me with what they are doing in their lives!
After which the movie "Norbit" with lian , shing and the boys awaits me the rest of the night. The show was quite alright and yeah i tried to laugh those tiredness away.. And the steamboat marathon from steph house house to jinlian hse was indeed enough to blow our stomach up! The 3 days st Sitel working too has drained away all my rest time and i was struck with a slight flu. On wed morning, i woke up real early at 8am and after searching my mind for barely a second , i jumped out of my bed despite the weary body tied to the bed. Work starts at 830am...
Friday cg cum bbq was really great. Missed e99 heaps. It was really great catching up with them. Thanks to Jean, Alfred, Gladwin, Sandy and i managed to catch "Ghost Rider" for just $2 bucks in the luxury of free serving of popcorns,hotdogs and nachos. The initneray up next is shopping! That word sounds outdated to me. Well, i guess i did really have a great time spending the whole sat with them! From combing from shops to shops, running in and out of the fitting rooms, laughing at each other at our silly conversations, enjoying every single minute of the fellowship, i am looking forward to another great outing!!

Motives
If our motives are pure our spirit will remain positive.
The pure in heart easily 'see' God.
The impure in heart are easily cynical.
Impure motivations produce botched results.
We change our motivations from;
a. Selfish Amition to Self Denial
b. Power hunger to Servanthood
c. Gain to Giving
Our commitment to Christ means we choose to do the right things for the right reasons and let the chips fall as they may.

Building on strength
Build on strengths, not on your weaknesses.
Know what your strengths are and build on those.
Know your weaknesses and let others do that.
What are you good at?
Not what do you think you are good at, or what would you like to be good at, but what works in your world?
This is God's gift in you.
Accept it, nourish it, develop it, maximise it and do it!
Just because something works for someone else, doesn't mean it will work for you.
Learn from others but don't get hijacked.
Structure your organisation around the gifts in peoples lives.
Build on strengths.

When I'm With You
by Amber Dawn Jenne
I feel your soft, sweet touch upon my shoulder
Your heart beating with mine
The sweetest words you whisper
And those you leave behind
You glimpse at me and smile
This takes my breath away
Like the setting of the sun
On a warm mid-evening day
Your most sweet and innocent kiss
Looking deep into my eyes
Could keep me in this moment
For all the ends of time
Hand in hand, Heart to heart
For I know when I'm with you
Eternity is forever
And forever is, I Love You!
